The Jordanstown Agreement
The Big Tamale… This is the 1987/88 agreement which forms the standard contract for all (non-VP/Principal) teachers in Northern Ireland.

The latest official workload agreement between employers and teachers. If your school isn’t following this document, then your school is breaking the terms of our pay agreement.
